New to the industry? Our 12-week training program will set you on the path to success. Knowledge of the destinations you book is just the beginning – unquestionably more to master in order to become a proficient travel advisor. Through a series of video modules, exercises and one-on-one training, you will learn the ins and outs of the industry. Not only will you be taught how to build a clientele, but also how to research, prepare and present proposals. Our training will help you master trip planning, client care, and so much more.

What We Are Looking For

Those who do best in this industry not only have a passion for, and a lot of experience with travel, but they also have a passion for working with people. It helps to have a large network of contacts, social media savvy, and influence among your peers. A background in sales, customer service, education or human resources is useful. A travel advisor must wear many hats, so strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must. To become a travel agent you’ll need to be adept at research, problem solving, sales and marketing. Perhaps most important of all, the entrepreneurial spirit of ingenuity, self-discipline perseverance will be key to long term success.
